It is snowing rather heavily. I looked outside and saw a grackle landing on our magnolia tree. It looks like an immature one, with a pale eye which is not quite yellow, and a dark bill. It scared away all the other smaller birds, but it flew away after finding the bird feeder unsuitable for it.
