Recently I inadvertently deleted some old posts and images from 2014. Today, another in a long string of rainy days for this week, I went back to my archives and recreated the images below. It appears that there are some viewers who have been trying to look at the images, which happen to be Lotus flowers from a pond near our house.

I will go there again this year. Hopefully there will be some pink or red ones, but the white ones will be beautiful too.

I can’t say that I remember these particular flower images, but I do know from following your blog over time that you are one of the best photographers at capturing the full range of beauty in flowers.

I remember these pictures…they are gorgeous! I also deleted, by mistake, some old images and had to do a long workaround to get them back.

Thanks! The Lotus flowers are still there, at least as of last August. I will go to the pond in July this year to take more photos. One thing I noticed last year is that the pink flowers have almost disappeared from the pond.
