It’s amazing how a few days of sunshine and warmer temperatures brought forth the beauty of Spring as flowers rival one another to bloom and display their colors. I took the following shots over two different mornings around our house.
The cold at the beginning of this month killed many of our flowers. Ninety percent of the Magnolias are now crumpled brown. At least half of the Bleeding Hearts are wilting, and I thought they were cold resistant! This afternoon, right after coming home, I grabbed my camera and walked around to find flowers to photograph. The three kinds of flowers shown below were surprisingly alive and full of energy
