My entry for this challenge is a coffee mug imprinted with an image I took of a Blue Heron at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge last fall. The golden yellow background is the surface of a pond reflecting early morning sunlight. The image is also shown on the banner for this post.
Because it looks like a Japanese mural painting, I selected the following photo, taken at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge this past October.
and had it imprinted on a mug, after some cropping.
For some reason, the blue color is intensified in the above photo. In real life, the mug image is much closer to the original photo.
Late, but nevertheless this is my entry for Cee’s challenge.
